By using GiftMaster you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before registering. If you do not accept the terms, do not use the service.
Service description
GiftMaster is a web platform that allows users to organise group collections to purchase gifts. The service tracks contribution pledges and sends automatic reminders; payments occur directly between users via bank transfer. GiftMaster does not handle funds.
Access requirements
To register you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate and truthful information. Your account is personal and non-transferable.
User responsibilities
The organiser is responsible for the accuracy of the bank details provided. Contributors are responsible for actually paying their pledged share. GiftMaster is not responsible for non-payment between users.
Prohibited uses
It is prohibited to use the service for fraudulent activities, collect other users' data, attempt unauthorised access, or send illegal or defamatory content.
Limitation of liability
GiftMaster provides the service "as is". We do not guarantee continuous availability of the platform and are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service or non-payment between users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. The court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
